Hi, I'm Haley
Haley Reash-Henz (she/they) is a passionate young professional establishing a career within the field of reproductive healthcare and advocacy. She is invested in the accessibility and equity of healthcare, health and wellness education, LGBTQ+ issues, community mobilization and engagement, and the integration of intersectional approaches to solutions. Haley graduated from Clark University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies and International Development and Social Change. Much of their research and academic experience helped them explore class, race, and gendered disparities impacting individuals and communities, manifesting itself in the continued study of state power exercised on marginalized people's bodies.

Haley has also spent two years as a Clark University Wellness Ambassador and acted as a wellness and consent advocate on their university campus and centered their actions on 'radical care' for the community they served and its most marginalized communities and individuals. Haley intends to further her education in a field related to community health and organizing with a central lens of intersectional feminism and the deconstruction of harmful power relations.
Haley is deeply passionate about the accessibility of abortion care services as she believes that the recent changes in legislation regarding abortion access are not just about abortion. These rulings are about race, ethnicity, gender, class, education, privilege, etc. They're about how the state controls bodies to further their own agendas. The rulings show who has had power formally and historically in the world, but the reactions to these rulings show how and where collective organizing can translate to power being disbursed to the masses. Haley has long used art as a tool to express their emotions, goals, ideas, and values, and the collaboration on this project with her own mother was an obvious step to take. By taking part in this art show, Haley is her stance on the struggle for collective and individual power and is encouraging folks to think about how their actions, values, and beliefs may be enforcing state harm instead of individual empowerment.

"I ask you to care. I need you to care. Intensely, radically. Take love and hope and fight for those who you may never know, and who may never thank you. Taking care of one another is the best chance we have at surviving all of this doom and gloom. So, I beg you to care. This impacts all of us."

Hi, I'm Georgia
Georgia M. Reash is a multi-media creative harnessing the power of the arts to help women heal from trauma and excavate their Aphrodite Within. Gleaned from her own survivor journey, she has developed unique and colorful art installations, poetry events and motivational workshops that inspire a deeper understanding of what is needed to heal - personally, and as a community. Georgia’s total creative practice, in a broader sense, is healing-arts placemaking. This includes using the power of art as a voice and to create change and foster supportive environments that help heal survivors.

Georgia transformation art projects include: Metamorphosis (2012), #53 Vaginas and Vulvas (2019) and Melodies of Reproductive Justice (a collaboration with Haley Reash-Henz). These exhibits provide a community based environment to raise awareness, inspire healing and encourage justice making.

Georgia is also author of Weed Flower Sensualities (2018), a chap poetry book. Her new book - I Want Good Sex: Reclaiming the Power of Your Sensuality After Living with Abuse, Assault or Stupid Meanies - is expected to be released in 2022. She is also a dynamic workshop facilitator, speaker and community organizer harnessing the power of the arts to strengthen family and neighborhood health.

In addition to her work as a healing artist, Georgia is also President of BrightSpot Communities LLC, an affordable housing and sustainable community development company. The healing of trauma and the prevention of violence plays a key role in creating thriving and robust communities and citizenry.

I'm just sick and tired of ANYONE thinking they can have control over my mind, body or achievements - or control over any woman or girl on the planet.
It is a human right to manage the destiny of your own body.
